INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION AND AYURVEDA
The Buddhists call it Nirvana, the Hindus call it Moksha and the Christians call it Eternal Life. The paths may be different but the goal is the same. The purpose of meditation is to still the conscious thinking mind and connect with the powerful source that resides in us. This process of not looking for gratification from material and sense objects and attaining the state of Absolute Bliss is achieved through Meditation.
The eight limbs of yoga and meditation requires time and devotion. To still the mind and enter into silence requires daily practice, but once achieved, it brings immense bliss, clarity, wisdom and health.
There are three universal qualities known as Gunas– Sattva which is pure, Rajas which is restless and changing and Tamas which is lethargic and negative.
Discover your "inner artist". Explore your creativity and achieve tranquility through this light, airy, freeing method. This class helps students express their inner being and promotes healing on canvas. Jennifer Griffin will teach you this unique style of expressive painting. What is AER?
AER (Awareness/Expression/Resolution) is a process that gently and effectively enhances our natural ability to release stored emotional pain so that we can experience lives with much greater peace and happiness, free of the influence of past pain and suffering.
How does AER work?
AER works like a super-charger on the natural human process of releasing anything that no longer serves us. For example, if we feel some pain around a relationship breakup that happened 10 years ago, it is probably time to let that go. People often think they have done that, but have actually put those feelings on a shelf - if one revisits the events of that breakup, the feelings which have been dormant resurface.

Guided Meditations with the Angels for Peace, Wellness and Manifestation
Join us for a series of angelic invocations in guided meditation format to achieve peace and wellness and to manifest your intentions. In an environment of safety and peace, we will work in the Light with our angelic assistants to nurture and strengthen our minds, bodies and spirits. This class is presented as a stand-alone class, or as the first required part of a three part series toward the acquisition of Angel Certification. As a single class, it provides participants with the following: Information to begin their journey with the Archangels or enhance their angelic journey if it is already underway. Familiarity with how to use angel cards as a sacred oracle for guidance, peace and healing for themselves or others. This class, and series of classes, uses Doreen Virtue’s Archangel Oracle Cards. A willingness to learn and be open to the process, and Doreen’s Archangel Oracle Cards are the only requirements.
For the more experienced participant, the class provides the following: A deeper level of understanding of the Archangels, their specialties and their willingness to work with us. Which Archangels resonant with certain chakras, crystals, planets and astrological signs as gleaned through the instructor’s personal work with the angels. It is also the first in a series of three classes that build upon each other in knowledge and practice, and culminate in participants receiving a certificate indicating that they are Angelic Counseling Practitioners©. This certificate documents participants’ commitment to learning about and working with the angels with a high degree of integrity, and their willingness and ability to share this knowledge to heal, guide and enhance their lives and the lives of others. Participants are guided and supported through a series of class activities that draw on the power of the Archangels, the knowledge and experience of the instructor as well as the energy and support of group. For those seeking angel certification, a choice of readings, practice readings and a brief response paper are requirements for certification after the completion of two additional classes. A certificate is then awarded each participant when all requirements are met.
Students will receive a notebook and materials to support their learning process beyond the workshop experience.

A Course in Miracles is a combination of psychology and the sacred wisdom found in all major religions. Although Christian in its terminology, the blending of Eastern philosophy and spiritual oneness found within its teachings show it to be ecumenical in nature. In fact, it states that " a universal theology is impossible, but a universal experience is not only possible but necessary." Although the Course is considered a self-study program, many people come together to study in groups with a facilitator who is usually a long-time student of A Course in Miracles. Studying in a group helps new students to understand the thought system put forth in the teachings and to learn in an atmosphere of love and patience.
To heal is to remember who you are, the perfect creation of the Divine. To heal is to learn to forgive and release pain, emotional suffering, anger, and feelings of isolation. This healing ceremony was created to remind you of the love, abundance, and oneness that is your true Reality.
