BUDDHISM 101 with Ruth Fischel

Find out for yourself in the informational and experiential course, Buddhism 101, taught by author and meditation teacher Ruth Fishel, a meditator herself for over 30 years. Learn basic Buddhist principles such as the Four Noble Truths, The Eightfold Path and the Five Precepts.  You will discover the reason for suffering and the way out of suffering. Learn that you can’t meditate wrong. Appropriate for new and experienced meditators.

Angelspeake™ Class

This is an opportunity to learn the Angelspeake™ method of communicating with your angels, as developed by Trudy Griswold and her sister, Barbara Marks, and presented in their book, Angelspeake™.  This is a simple process that, with willingness and practice, anyone can learn to do.  A description and demonstration of this process, and practice time will be available during the class, as well as handouts for all participants. Come and learn from someone who has studied with Trudy and knows the power and simplicity of this process.  Share and learn in a safe, stress-free environment with others who are “on the journey” as well. It is not necessary to read the book prior to class, although a limited number of the Angelspeake™ books will be available for purchase from the instructor.  This class is appropriate for all levels of interest and ability, from beginners to more advanced “angel-speakers.” July 24, 6:30-9pm $40

MEDIUMSHIP CLASSES

“Angelic Assistance at Hand”: A mini-course in working with the Archangels using Doreen Virtue’s Angel Oracle Cards. 

Come and spend a couple of hours learning about the Archangels, and how to access their powerful influence in our lives.  Share a relaxing time in a safe, nurturing environment with the positive energy of the angels and others who love them.  Powerful centering meditation and intention-setting invocation will be part of the class.  This is a class for all levels of interest and ability.  Please bring a pen to class. A notepad and handouts will be provided.  If you already own the Angel Oracle Cards deck, please bring that as well, or purchase it from a bookseller of your choice.  A limited number of decks are available for purchase from the instructor prior to class. Will be offered in August.

REIKI CERTIFICATION CLASSES

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life energy.The practice of Reiki is based on the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui and date back to the early twentieth century. Reiki is a healing energy  that can be applied to anyone, young , elderly, healthy or comprimised and is easilily practiced in all settings. It is also beneficial to plants and animals. It is a very gentle, completely safe, non-invasive practice of using light touch to send healing energy. Some benefits of Reiki include:

LEARNING TO LISTEN TO YOUR ANIMALS

Animal psychic Jim Antonucci, will teach you how to “hear” And understand what your pets are trying to tell you. If you’ve ever had the feeling that your pet is talking but your not sure if its “real”. This workshop is for you! Animal Communication is much easier than you think. $25    Call to register. 

REIKI SKILLS WORKSHOPS

Come join Jim (RMT) and Bobbi (RM) Antonucci as they show you how to put into practice the techniques you learned in your Reiki 1 or 2 classes. Each workshop will start with a centering meditation and then focus on a different technique for you to practice on.

Come and enjoy a night of relaxation and gain confidence in using what you have learned. A $10 fee is asked for the 2 hour session. Sessions start at 6:30pm. Come in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow if you wish. Workshops will focus on working on others, distance healing, intuitive Reiki, and other workshops governed by student requests.
